Shiyu Yuan is a PhD student in Social Policy at the University of Kent, researching the intersection of flexible working arrangements, fertility decisions, and gender equity. She is also a research assistant at King’s Global Institute for Women’s Leadership, where she examines gender inequality, flexibility stigma, and workers’ well-being in the evolving landscape of work.
