Sharon is a PhD Candidate in the Psychological and Behavioural Science Department of the London School of Economics and Political Science. Sharon’s research is focused on exploring the relationships between employment status, time structure, time perception and wellbeing. Specifically, she is interested in the extent to which periods of unemployment alter an individual’s time structure and / or various aspects of their perception of time and, if so, what effects these changes have on subjective wellbeing, mental health and intertemporal decision making
