Annette works in both the User Support and Communication teams on outreach activities to engage and support new and existing data users. Duties include producing training videos, online guides, training documentation for the web and website management. She also coordinatesthe Understanding Society Data User Group which provides feedback on Understanding Society data before it is released. She’s got over 20 years of experience processing both quantitative and qualitative social science data, as well as website management and communications, user support and engagement activities.
