Karol is an Economist at Pro Bono Economics (PBE), where she supports economic analysis on children and young people’s mental health in the UK . She works closely with charities to apply economic tools and evidence to demonstrate impact and inform decision-making.

Karol brings experience across research, consultancy, and public policy. She has contributed to projects at the Institute of Development Studies (UK) and the United Nations University (Netherlands), and worked with the World Bank and OECD on consultancy assignments. Her public sector experience includes roles at Colombia’s Department of Planning and Ministry of Education.
