Vicky Taxiarchi is an epidemiologist and biostatistician based at the Centre for Women’s Mental Health, University of Manchester, UK. Her research focuses on the emotional problems that children and young people increasingly seem to report, trying to disentangle the causal pathway for this increase and her wider interest extends to the possible impacts of emotional problems on other life aspects during transition to adulthood, such as employment or further education. Dr Taxiarchi is an expert in the statistical analysis of observational data, including surveys and electronic health care records
