Yanni Liu

Yanni is a second-year PhD student in Epidemiology and Public Health (EPH). She completed an MSc in Social Epidemiology at UCL, where her dissertation first introduced her to DNA methylation–based epigenetic clocks. Building on this foundation, her doctoral research uses longitudinal population data to investigate how accelerated biological ageing relates to multimorbidity and how SEP and health behaviours alter the association.
