Yingchao (Jane) Zhang is an economist specialising in labour and personnel economics, entrepreneurship, and firm performance. She is a Visiting Professor at the University of Cambridge and an Assistant Professor at Durham University, and her research applies microeconomics and experimental methods to study how firms grow and and individuals respond to technological and sustainability challenges.
